New Patient Info
We know going to a new dental office can be an intimidating experience, so here at Springbrook Family Dentistry our goal is to make sure you are always comfortable, your questions are thoroughly answered and you are treated like family.
Why choose our office?
We are a small, hometown office focused on individualized care. This means you will get to know all of our staff well and you don’t have to worry about having to see a different dentist every time you come in. You will never feel like just a number here. We also understand your time is important and valuable so we always do our best to run on time or even ahead of schedule to make sure you are not waiting.
Additionally, we know it is important to stay up to date on the latest research and technology. Dr. Finney and her staff partake in many hours of continuing education every year to make sure we are using the best materials and techniques on the market.
Your comfort is our highest priority!
We use only digital x-rays, which greatly minimizes your exposure to radiation and have a digital CBCT (cone-beam computed technology), which very few practices in the Buffalo area have. Our CBCT allows us to digitally plan implants ahead of time to ensure optimum placement, check for extra nerves for root canals that might otherwise be missed, and diagnose problems that can often be missed in a standard 2D x-ray.
As stated earlier, making sure you are comfortable is one of our highest priorities. Our dental suites are outfitted with very comfortable leather chairs and hi-def TVs. If you need any additional back or neck support we have a number of pillows we can use to make sure you have no aches or pains while you are here. We also use nitrous oxide (laughing gas) sedation for anyone who might be a bit nervous about their procedure and need help relaxing.
We are here to help!
We truly look forward to meeting you and having you become a part of our dental family. Please feel free to fill out our new patient forms in the comfort of your own home and bring them with you to your first appointment. If you have any questions prior to your first appointment please do not hesitate to call us and we will do our best to make sure your questions are answered!
